Background - 

This is part of the KT Slug series, based on a story Mom told me when I was about 7 years old, about my great grandma suffering from ulcerated legs, and after all other treatments failed the nurses had introduced maggots into the wounds to clean them out. It had worked, but it was such a horrible thought having to put up with something like that. I have had some experience with slugs though, following a school field trip where we had to let them crawl along our hands. A few years later, while out jogging through a wooded area when it had been raining, there were slugs all over the trail, so I picked up a couple of them and dropped them in my panties. It was a weirdly exciting sensation, turning me on quite a lot, and so messy afterwards with snail slime all over my pussy.
